What We’re Looking For In This Role
An energetic executor with a reputation for and a genuine sense of satisfaction in supporting teams through task-oriented, detail-dependent work.
Availability to work at our Streeterville office during regular work hours (9am – 5pm) on weekdays.
An individual with extensive experience using Google Apps and an aptitude for learning new technologies to increase efficiency. The Brainchild Collective uses Airtable, Asana, Sawyer and Squarespace to manage our operations. Experience in these platforms is a plus.
An expert in follow-through, demonstrating effective prioritization of tasks, accuracy in work product and attention to key deadlines.
Hard administrative skills and at least two years experience providing organizational or project support through the execution of operational tasks.
